FIAT DAILY RESPONSES
On a daily basis, we monitored Twitter to discover users chatting about the brand. It was our job to quickly and creatively react.
We really had a fun time creating these, making sure that the FIAT brand voice felt, humorous, authentic and loose, while personalizing posts to the vibe and interests of the user. Since starting the response program, FIAT’s post engagement and impressions have increased 2-3 times in volume.
